                                    As Registered Dietitians we realize we live in an interesting age, where information is available at a touch of a button. “Dr. Google” is at our beck and call yet the true information and science behind nutrition and health is easily drowned and bombarded by social and news media outlets. Clients we see, are on information overload and do not know where to start. We noticed there are few places to go to get accurate information on achieving multiple health goals.

                                    Over the years, we have heard it all- the quack diets, celebrity diets, diets based on so-called science; health and diet advice from neighbors/aunts and dare we say well-meaning health professionals. This is where it is important to seek advice from Registered Dietitians! We can sift through the “bull” and see through the deceptions! Anybody can go on pinterest and create a board of great ideas but who is going to keep you on track?  Who is going to look through the ideas and make sure they are sound advice.

                                   Prasanna , a Registered Dietitian loves the challenges of working in a Critical Care Unit providing nutrition to the sickest of sick. After working for 10 plus years in this field, one becomes painfully aware of why it is important to stay healthy and do our best to keep us from falling sick in the first place. Having had the privilege of working with both the eastern and western approaches to health she loves to incorporate the best of both worlds for a winning approach.

                                   Meredith, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer, has been in the health field for over 10 years and has had a variety of different experiences. From clinical nutrition to consulting to working with athletes she has helped people in many different facets of life.

                                    We both are proud moms juggling work, life and our own passions. But we wouldn’t have it any other way. So when our clients say “we just don’t have the time“, believe us when we say we understand- we live it! We will not waste your time.
